Job opening: the IncluCities Project is looking for a consultant
The IncluCities Project is looking for a consultant to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the project's methodology. Deadline for the submissions is 24 February 2020 COB.

IncluCities (2020-2022) aims at improving the integration of Third-country Nationals. It also aims at facilitating the exchange of knowledge between 4 experienced (mentors) and 4 less experienced (mentees) middle-sized cities and 8 accompanying associations of local and regional governments in the fields of education and training, housing, access to basic services, active participation & social inclusion.
Roma integration - 09.03.2016

Towns and regions are invited to participate in a project to promote the integration of Roma
The call for proposals is launched by the Council of Europe and the European Commission.

It aims to assist local governments in better integrating marginalised people, in particular non-nationals of Roma ethnicity, both via capacity building and transnational cooperation. Applicants can devise an approach tailored to address their needs.

Interested municipalities are invited to fill in the application form before 29 April 2016 at 5h.

"Civil society must work hand in hand with local government"
CEMR secretary general, Frédéric Vallier, addressed participants of the AGE Platform Europe annual conference, on 4 December 2014. In his speech, he underlined the role of local and regional actors in meeting Europe’s demographic challenge. He also invited representatives from the civil society to work hand in hand with their local and regional governments towards equality across all ages.
